A small team means direct contact throughout

When you contact Tavlexu, you speak with the same person who will physically set up your venue. There is no project manager relaying messages between you and someone you have never met. Both Darian and Solenne take on a limited number of events per month to maintain that level of direct involvement.

That constraint is deliberate. Overcommitting to events is the most common reason decoration quality drops in the week before a wedding. The team keeps the schedule tight enough that each client receives real attention, not a copy-and-paste setup from a previous event.

What clients get
  • Direct access to the designer
  • One point of contact from start to finish
  • Familiarity with AB venue conditions
  • Honest feedback on what will work on site
What to keep in mind
  • Availability fills up 6–8 weeks out
  • Large multi-venue days need early planning
  • Custom floral orders require lead time

How a typical project moves forward

From first contact to the morning of your event, the process stays the same across every booking — no surprises, no hand-offs to someone new.

  1. Initial conversation

You share the venue, date, and a rough visual direction. Solenne asks specific questions about the space and what you want guests to notice first.

  2. Proposal and materials

A written proposal lists each decoration element, estimated setup time, and what materials are sourced locally versus ordered. No vague line items.

  3. Site visit if needed

For larger setups Darian visits the venue ahead of the event to check ceiling heights, anchor points, and lighting conditions that affect how florals read on camera.

  4. Setup and handover

The team arrives with enough lead time to handle the full setup before guests or photographers arrive. You get a walkthrough before leaving for the day.
